Issuing a fitness / health trainer identity

	Course fees: 200 JD.
	Fees are doubled for non-Jordanians.
	Third and fourth year students are offered a 50% discount on course fees.
	The amount of 15 JD will be collected against issuing the trainer’s certified and ID.

Conditions for obtaining service

To be physically fit.
Must have a bachelor's degree in physical education and sports sciences.
Pass 60% of the credit hours required for third and fourth year students.

Procedures

Applicant shall visit the center to fill out the registration form designated for the fitness / health training of trainers’ course.
Applicant shall pay the prescribed fees at the financial section of the Center.
Applicant shall then be referred to the sports training section to submit the required documents and the payment voucher, to have the date and place of the course determined.
Applicant/then trainee shall attend the fitness / health training of trainers’ course at the specified time and place. The course usually runs for 12-15 days.

- Trainee undergoes the practical and theoretical tests at the end of the course.

The graduate shall then apply to the head of the sports section to obtain the fitness / health trainer identity.
The graduate will then be referred to the finance section of the center to pay the prescribed fees for issuing the fitness / health trainer identity.
The application is referred to the Director of the Center for signature and approval.

The applicant then receives in person the fitness / health trainer identity by the Sports Training section of the Center.

Required Documents

Civil Status ID for Jordanians.
Passport for non-Jordanians.
Transcript for third and fourth year students of physical education and sports sciences schools, to prove passing 60% of the required credit hours.
A copy of academic qualification for graduates of Jordanian and non-Jordanian universities / schools of physical education and sports sciences.

Medical Fitness Certificate from the accredited Sports Medical Center.
